Cornerstone Church

Sunday Mornings

At Cornerstone Church we have a model of church you may not be accustomed to seeing.  We believe what makes a church attractive to the community it is in is relationships and not religion.  Therefore everything we do is geared towards improving relationships.  Relationships with each other, and relationships with our Heavenly Father.

We really enjoy Sunday mornings.  Its a time to get together and enjoy one another and a time to learn about and ask questions about God and the Bible.  You won't find pews, hymnals, or religion in our building.  You will find comfortable tables and chairs, fresh coffee, and relationships waiting to happen.  On a typical Sunday morning we will enjoy some time together over some great coffee and something light to eat - like a fresh bagel with cream cheese.  We then have a contemporary music team who lead us in some modern songs (complete with drums and electric guitar).  After a break for refills, we listen to a light and short message that leads us into discussions at the tables for about 20 minutes.  Thats your chance to ask questions, offer your input and understanding, and discuss how a particular topic might affect your life.  After that we're done!

Who is welcome?  Well, YOU are.  And we mean it.  Come as you are, which is just how God wants you to come to him.  With whatever past or present you are carrying.  Our goal is not to point out the sin in your life.  Our goal is to put you in touch with people that can help you with what you are going through and who will stand by you or pray for you when you need a shoulder to lean on.  Has God helped you through a thing or two and you feel you have your life pretty well together?  Well, you are welcome too.  God brought you through those trials so you could help others through next.

Dress is casual, so come in whatever you are modestly comfortable in.

I hope you will join us.  We welcome you to our fellowship!
